As a prominent Jedi of the Order, Slaine is at the forefront of every challenge the Jedi face, and he's been through quite a bit. He is one of the oldest characters in the room (omitting those that have lifespans longer than Humans', and his age and history are starting to catch up with him.
"Just hang on. Suffer well. Sometimes it's hard. So hard to tell."

Lissan Dressell: The Cuckoo - Wannes vd Velde & Roland Vancampenhout
A song about a drifter without a real destination. Similarly, Lissan wanders throughout the Galaxy while smuggling, and often finds himself in the farthest reaches possible.
"For working I am too lazy. And begging, it is to loathe. Train riding, it is too dangerous. So again down the road I'll blow."

Darth Occisor: Be Prepared (The Lion King OST) - Jeremy Irons
Occisor, like Lion King character Scar, is always plotting and scheming behind the scene, planning the next rise of the Sith.
"Prepare for the coup of the century. Be prepared for the murkiest scam. Meticulous planning, tenacity spanning, decades of denial is simply why I'll be king undisputed, respected, saluted and seen for the wonder I am. Yes, my teeth and ambitions are bared. Be prepared!"

Roden P'Tan: Private Investigations - Dire Straits
As a Jedi investigator, Roden is often confronted with the ugly hidden sides of seemingly good people, as well as the murky underworld.
"I go checking out the reports, digging up the dirt. You get to meet all sorts in this line of work. Treachery and treason, there's always an excuse for it. And when I find the reason I still can't get used to it."

Stet Drave: Man In Someone Else's Skin - John Watts
Stet is conflicted. He is a Knight for the Empire with a great respect for the Jedi who are now his enemies. This leaves him lost and unsure who he really is himself.

The song I was named after, and by extension Sebastian as well. The song is about two lovers, widely misinterpreted as gay by fans.

Darth Occisor: Waiting Like a Dog - Jasper Erkens
Lover and servant to Lady Atraya, Occisor has sworn to remain by her side for eternity. It is the one oath he intends to never break, and he devotes his life to the Sith Misstress. Nevertheless, he still hungers for power, and he abides his time.
"I don't want to wait until I die and I know it takes time. Don't leave me behind. And I've been to places and seen many faces but nothing that could ease my mind. Don't leave me behind."

Paul Sheridan: Hidden Persuaders - Reverend & The Makers
He and his people continuously manipulate the citizens of Kami town with constant lies and propaganda.

Lissan Dressell: Oh Darkness - Admiral Freebee
Engulfed in the 'darkness' that is his superior's constant manipulation, Lissan eventually came to believe now enforces the things he was told over and over again. The 'fire' for him takes the form of one person, Emma Cuílien. She is possibly the only person who still has a chance to redeem him by rekindling the starting love he felt for her. Ironically, she is also one of the causes of his being this was as she didn't reciprocate his advances.
"Haven't seen you in a long long time, except maybe in my dreams. But nothing's ever yours to keep nothing's ever as it seems. Except the fire. And I want you to be the fire."

Andrei Vostrikov: Feel Good Inc. - Gorillaz
Andrei is a pivotal figure in spreading propaganda and 'ensuring' citizens that everything is as it should be. He is firmly in control of many of the citizens' ideas and morals.
"Don't stop, get it, get it. We are your captains in it. Steady, watch me navigate. Ha ha ha ha."

Stet Drave: Riot Radio - The Dead 60's
The idea of a 'riot radio' is actually the exact opposite from what Stet represents: he is the person who would destroy it, and make sure everyone behind it disappears. This is exactly the sort of thing Stet is meant to quell.
"Airwaves beam from the light on the tower. Get my kicks from your eleventh hour. Won't you gimme some more riot on the radio."

Rato Serkenn: Werewolves of London - Warren Zevon
The reason is pretty obvious: Rato is secretly a werewolf. Head of the very prison camps he has some to hate, he despises himself now. Apart from the small hope for Lissan, he is the only one who could yet be turned.
"Ya hear him howlin around your kitchen door, ya better not let him in. Little old lady got mutilated late last night, werewolves of London again."

Anya Genikichi: Crazy - Gnarles Barkey
Again the reason is simple: this woman is nuts. She displays symptoms of over a dozen mental conditions.
"I remember when, I remember, I remember when I lost my mind. There was something so pleasant about that place. Even your emotions have an echo in so much space."

Not exactly the most sociable person, Migeï remains closed to others even when they extend their hands. He sees most contacts and fleeting and makes no initial gesture to become closer.

Riyato Haseka: All The Roadrunning - Mark Knopfler & Emmylou Harris
Riyato is a devoted hard worker, who cares for those around him and those he 'serves as a leader'. Nevertheless, he fears all of his works may one day prove to have been in vain as there are always threats.
"Well if you're inclined to go up on the wall, it can only be fast and high. And those who don't like the danger soon find something different to try."

Yoshirou Takehiko: Water Of Love - Dire Straits
As leader of Amegakure's Takehiko clan and the head of the medical corps, Yoshirou is the supervisor of the Healing Water, which -obviously- augments certain healing aspects.
"Water of love, down in the ground, but there ain't no water of love here to be found. Someday baby when the river runs free, it's gonna carry that water of love to me."

Katsurou Yanami: Human Touch - Bruce Springsteen
An antisocial and depressed person, Katsurou secrectly longs for some contact, a 'human touch'.
"I aint looking for praise or pity, I aint coming round searching for a crush. I just want someone to talk to, and a little of that human touch."

Takashi Satsuma: Your Latest Trick - Dire Straits
Takashi is extremely susceptible to genjutsu, blindly trusting what he sees to be true.
"I don't know how it happened, it all took place so quick. But all I can do is hand it to you and your latest trick."

Anya Genikichi: Shiny Happy People - R.E.M.
She is the sunshine of everyone around her. Always happy and ready to cheer another up.
